We feature a Soulful American menu handcrafted by Executive Chef Marlo using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Marlo’s contribution to the Perfect Note brand will elevate your tastebuds and offer swoon-worthy dishes like the Red Wine Braised Short Rib served over stone ground creamy grits and vegetable medley, Black Eye Pea Hummus, Fried Chicken, Shrimp and Grits to name a few. And when paired with our delicious cocktails like the Perfect Note Margarita it’s a win all around.
