How do I make reservations for the show and dinner?
Your ticket purchase online is your seat reservation. We do not take credit card payments
over the phone.
How do I get my tickets?
There are no physical tickets for our shows. When you arrive at the front desk to check in please provide your name and be prepared to show your ID.
What is your cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are FINAL. There are NO refunds.
Can I use tickets from another location?
NO, tickets purchased are ONLY for the location that you purchased are only for that specific location. So make sure you are on the correct website.
What is the Dress Code?
We are a grown adult environment. You will mostly see individuals in dressy casual attire.
Are you a nightclub?
NO, we are not a night club. We are a restaurant with live music.
Do you allow children?
Although we are not a night club and a ticket is required in the main show room for each seat, you will not see children. However, Sundays are family day.
Is dinner included in the price of the ticket purchase?
No, your ticket only covers the cost of admission for the show.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, we are ADA accessible. Please notified are Information Specialist when you make
reservations of your specific needs.
Do I have to purchase something during the show?
There is a $10 minimum purchase per person required in the main dining room with your
server. Your purchase at the bar is not included in the minimum for the dining room.
How can I schedule a large group?
